As a Real Estate Agent and Broker I have assisted clients thru both Probate and Living Trust situations.  Now I am not an attorney but I am licensed real estate broker who has researched and have a list of Certified Probate Attorneys.  One thing you have to remember.... an Attorney is like a car mechanic, there are a lot of things a mechanic can do to fix on your car but not all mechanics are the same.  For Example, if your car needed a new steering shaft and tie rods to help you steer the car drive straight would you go a someone who is experience or even Certified in steering Components, or would you just trust the mechanic down the street who is a mechanic not Certified in steering components.  For my family and I...
